What and why is the Luutari teenindajate HelpDesk project?

Luutar HelpDesk – the project was conceived as helping Luutar OÜ employees in their daily work.
It is sometimes difficult for both old workers and new ones to store all instructions and tasks in their memory. For this, we collect them all in one place. With the help of this project we can:
- To learn about new opportunities and technologies – if important news that affect the work and evaluation are released, they will be published here.
- Quickly find answers to our questions – all important questions in the work and its nuances will be published and discussed.
- Fulfill orders of goods and consumables – consumables required in the office or goods that the client wants are now processed on this site, which will make it easier to track them.
- Helping others look for useful materials – now everyone can give advice to a colleague’s question by sending the necessary article from this site.
- To equate the systems of all offices in one common one – very often, coming to replace an office in another, we may find that different workers perform their work in different ways, which is very bad. Therefore, the instructions in this project are designed to make the system of work unified in all offices.
- Reduce the workload of administrators – Many issues are often monotonous and take a lot of time from responsible employees to solve them. Now many people themselves can solve their problem without distracting administrators.

It is very important to participate in the expansion and replenishment of the database. We need new articles, translations, screenshots, video instructions or just expressing our opinion on the articles (Phrases such as "Delirium" "False" or similar are not allowed.
